Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach leaves

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric
